222APPENDIXWhatAreTheDealership’sResponsibilities?YourKawasakidealeroffersawiderangeofservices,parts,accessories,andinformationonyourproductandonKawasaki.Eachdealerisindependentlyownedandoperatedandisresponsibleforthedeal-ership’soperations,itsrepair,warranty,andservicework,anditspersonnel.Yourdealerisresponsibleforcompletingthesetupandpre-deliveryserviceofyournewKawasakivehicle.Thedealershipshouldalsoexplainitsoperation,main-tenance,andwarrantyprovisionssoyouunderstandthematthetimeofpurchaseoratanyothertimeyouhavequestions.ThedealershipisresponsibleforinspectingyourKawasakivehicleifthereisafailure,investigatingthecauseoftheproblem,andgettinganyneededauthoriza-tionfromKawasakiiftherepairisonethatwillbecoveredbythelimitedwarranty.Thedealershipwillalsofileallnecessarypaperwork.Thedealershipisresponsi-bleforcorrectlycompletinganynecessaryrepairs,whethertheyarecoveredbythelimitedwarrantyornot.
